All Women South Korea Group Trip

All Women South Korea Group Trip 2024 with Khyati Maloo

Last year I went on a 2-week solo trip to South Korea, and a couple of days into it I thought – every girl gang needs a holiday in South Korea!

A year later I and my girl Riyanka Roy (from RoyTellsTales) are hosting one for the sisterhood.

So, bring on your girl gang or find your s(e)oul sisters on this epic South Korea trip! The plan is to create core memories, share a laugh over soju (or a coffee, you do you!), be a part of the world we’ve only been seeing on screen (K-drama/K-pop lovers unite!), cheer on as we try new experiences and forge friendships!

Ready to join my sisterhood on the move?

When: Oct 17th 2024 to Oct 27th 2024

South Korea group trip Overview

We’ll visit the following cities over 10 nights and 11 days

Day 1: Seoul

Touch down in Seoul and kick off your adventure with a leisurely day to settle in and let the rest of the group pour in. Happy to suggest activities if you arrive earlier than others.

Day 2: Seoul

We’ll take a day trip to Nami Island, a serene oasis famous for its stunning landscapes. Nami Island is especially beautiful in Autumn when the ginkgo trees are at their prettiest yellow.  Then, head to the charming French-inspired village of Petit France.

At night we head to Myeongdong for a little shopping spree!

Day 3: Seoul

We’ll start with an early visit to Bukchon Hanok Village, followed by the Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Secret Garden. Then have leisurely brunch at a cafe nearby (all cafes are tried, tested and curated by me).

During the day we explore the Gangnam district- and you are free to do as you please (get a facial/hair spa/colour analysis or just shop).

Late evening we meet in Hongdae – where the cool kids hang out! Lined with boutiques, bars and street artists! We’ll find a place to have dinner together – whatever dietary preference works for the whole group.

Day 4: Seoul

Today we take a history lesson, with a day trip to the DMZ. Here the tension between North and South Korea still lingers. Explore iconic sites, hear stories of division and reconciliation, and gain a deeper understanding of the Korean Peninsula’s complex past and present.

You are free to explore on your own once we get back to Seoul.

Day 5: Jeju Island

Before taking a flight (in the evening) we do a little foodies tour at Gwangjang Market (yes, there are vegan options at the market!) – it’s a fun way to try local cuisine. If you are worried about cross contamination- I’d suggest skipping this bit and having a chill day.

In the evening we say hello to Jeju Island, a paradise of natural wonders and breathtaking landscapes. Settle in and we start our adventure tomorrow!

Day 6: Jeju Island

We’ll explore eastern Jeju Island think -dramatic volcanic cliffs, pristine beaches, and lush countryside. Some of the spots we’d go to are- Seongsan Ilchulbong, Jeolmul Natural Recreation Forest, and Jeju Stone Park.

We’ll try to hit a picturesque cafe around sunset – overlooking a beach.

Day 7: Jeju Island

Get the most of the Autumn foliage on an easy hike at Saebyeol Oreum. Then head to picturesque views of  Suwolbong Peak Summit and patiently wait at a spot to look for dolphins! End the day at the Innisfree Jeju house. You are free to do anything after the evening.

Day 8: Busan

Head to Busan and kick off with a visit to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, perched on a cliff overlooking the sparkling sea. Then, indulge in a luxurious Korean spa experience at Spa Land (included in the fee).

Free to explore on your own.

Day 9: Busan

Explore the Gamcheon Culture Village, a maze of colourful alleyways and quirky art installations. Take your time to explore every nook and cranny, capturing Instagram-worthy moments at every turn. Then we head to a modern art museum.

Free to explore/shop on your own.

Day 10: Seoul

We head back to Seoul to wrap up our adventure with a leisurely sunset picnic by the Han River, soaking in the last moments of your journey together. You are free to revisit places you loved or find new gems – here to suggest things to do.

What’s in store for you over the 10-day trip to South Korea:
