In 2023 I went on a 2-week solo trip to South Korea, and a couple of days into it I thought – every girl gang needs a holiday in South Korea!
In 2024 I hosted a wholesome all-women South Korea group trip. And I’m BACK with the All Women South Korea Group Trip 2025! It will be even better and downright the most affordable South Korea group trip.
So, bring on your girl gang or find your s(e)oul sisters on this epic South Korea trip! The plan is to create core memories, share a laugh over soju (or a coffee, you do you!), be a part of the world we’ve only been seeing on screen (K-drama/K-pop lovers unite!), cheer on as we try new experiences and forge friendships!

South Korea Group Trip Overview
We’ll visit the following cities over 9 nights and 10 days
Day 1: Seoul
Arrive in Seoul and ease into the journey with a relaxed day. Meet your fellow travellers and bond over a private soju tasting with a local expert—an ideal icebreaker to kick things off.
Day 2: Seoul
Step into Korea’s royal past by dressing in a traditional hanbok and visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace. Wander through the charming Bukchon Hanok Village and explore the National Palace Museum of Korea. Followed by free time in another picturesque neighbourhood with loads of unique boutiques and gorgeous eateries.
The evening is yours to explore at your leisure.
Day 3: Seoul
Go on a foodie adventure at Gwangjang Market, where you can sample local dishes (vegan options available!). If you’re cautious about cross-contamination, there’s still plenty to enjoy around the market. Next, visit the iconic N Seoul Tower before wrapping up the day at the bustling Myeongdong Night Market.
Day 4: Seoul
Today is your free day! Choose your adventure—visit the serene Nami Island, enjoy thrills at Lotte World, or treat yourself to a luxurious skin or hair care session. We’re here to help with suggestions and bookings to make your day memorable.
Day 5: Seoul
Delve into history with a day trip to the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone). Learn about the tension between North and South Korea, visit iconic sites, and gain insight into the region’s complex past and present.
Day 6: Busan
Take a scenic train ride to Busan and unwind with a rejuvenating experience at Spa Land—a luxurious Korean spa (included in your trip fee).
The evening is free for you to explore the city.
Day 7: Busan
Spend the day exploring Gyeongju, a UNESCO World Heritage site brimming with historical treasures
Day 8: Busan
Visit the stunning Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, perched on cliffs overlooking the sea. Then, explore the vibrant Gamcheon Culture Village, a colourful maze of alleyways filled with quirky art and photo-worthy spots.
The evening is yours to relax or explore more of Busan on your own.
Day 9: Seoul
Ride the KTX train back to Seoul. Spend the evening in one of the city’s trendiest neighbourhoods, enjoying street performances, boutique shopping, and soaking in the vibrant energy of Korea’s capital.

How much does this 9-night and 10-day South Korea trip cost?
The cost for my all-women South Korea trip:
Early Bird: INR 1,75,000/- bookings till 30th June
Regular Price: INR 1,85,000/ bookings after 30th June
Pay INR 50,000 to book your spot – non-refundable.
And the balance amount on or before 15th July to confirm the booking.
What’s included in the cost?
- Visa assistance.
- All Accommodation:
9 nights of accommodation at hotels at the best locations. All rooms are shared, with 2 people in each room. (Either get your BFF or make one!) - Pick up and drop off from airport/train station- except to/from ICN on arrival and departure
- KTX to and from Busan
- All internal transport, as per the planned activity of the itinerary either in cabs/minivan/public bus/metro depending on the activity. Personal use of transport to be borne by you.
- All tours and entry tickets to experiences
- Local breakfast at the accommodation
- Recommended list of restaurants to eat at for all dietary needs (please specify at the time of booking)
- Recommendations for things to do in your free time and booking assistance.

Booking and Payment: By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with the booking terms and payment deadlines specified in the itinerary. Full payment is required by 15th July, and failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Liability Disclaimer: We assume no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property incurred during the trip. Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings.
Health and Safety: Participants are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before travelling to ensure they are fit for the trip, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions. It is the responsibility of participants to adhere to health and safety guidelines and to exercise caution during the trip.
Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any itinerary changes in advance and provide suitable alternatives.
Travel Documents and Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for entry into South Korea. It is the responsibility of participants to check and comply with the entry requirements for South Korea.
Responsibility of Participants: Participants are responsible for their behaviour, actions, and compliance with local laws and regulations during the trip. We encourage participants to respect the customs, culture, and traditions of the destinations visited and to behave responsibly at all times.
Force Majeure Clause: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government regulations, that may affect the trip, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or other arrangements as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellations or rescheduling.
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Your personal information will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By booking a trip with us, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information for the purpose of organizing the trip.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of INR 50000 is required when booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled from our end.
Balance Payment and Refundable Amount:
The balance payment is due on or before 15th July to confirm your booking. This amount is fully refundable if you cancel the trip 80 days before the start date. The balance payment becomes non-refundable after that.
Cancellation Notification:
To cancel your booking, please notify us via email at hello@khytaimaloo.com using the same email address you used when booking.
Cancellation Due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government regulations, if the trip is cancelled, 50% of the booking amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded up to 30 days before the trip’s start date without any questions asked.
