Having spent two weeks exploring South Korea, I can confidently say that the best time to visit South Korea is during the autumn months. Autumn in South Korea pans from late September to November, with the foliage turning vibrant shades of red and orange the landscape is stunning! It’s also the best time to hike in South Korea to view the fall foliage at its peak. Another option is Spring April to June, which brings cherry blossoms in full bloom, painting the country in shades of pink and white.

How do I get around South Korea using public transportation?

One word: convenient! South Korea boasts an extensive and efficient public transportation system that makes getting around a breeze. The subway systems in cities like Seoul are clean, safe, and easy to navigate, thanks to English signage and announcements. Yes, all international credit cards are widely accepted in South Korea. During my travels I rarely needed cash. Except for small street-side vendors and food markets.

And one just can not leave South Korea without grabbing some extraordinary Korean skin care products.
